The Youth Navigation Center (YNC) provides shelter, housing and comprehensive drop-in services to any youth or young adults in Stanislaus County between the ages of 13-24, experiencing crisis, housing instability and/or homelessness.
Emergency Shelter – Ages 18 to 24
Low Barrier Shelter
A 24-bed facility that provides emergency shelter for young adults ages 18-24 who are or may become homeless.

Emergency Shelter – Ages 13 to 17
Hutton House
A 24/7, temporary emergency shelter with overnight and drop-in services for runaway, homeless and youth in crisis, ages 13-17.

Drop-in Services – Ages 18-25
Telecare Drop-in Center
Facilitated groups, peer support groups, one on one emotional support, referrals to resources, computer access, board games, arts and crafts, table games, recreational activities, and field trips.

Transitional Housing
We offer housing programs with longer-term support (up to two years) to help 18-24 year olds develop independent living skills and work toward permanent housing.
